We all instinctively know happiness is an answer to a fulfilling life right? A trainer went to great lengths, see pictured, to make the point.
It seems to me that a 'get' mindset is more fashionable now than the reciprocal nature of a 'give' mindset; suggesting that being 'successful', whatever your measure, involves discomfort, loss (or even pain?) for someone in the equation.
Hmmm, perhaps that is true today, but I wonder how surprised people would be with what they'd 'get' if they exercised all their chances to contribute to the happiness of the people around them...
