We have over 60 carefully selected Actor / Role-Player associates. They come from all walks of life reflecting a wide diversity of age, ethnicity and work experience so that we can fill roles credibly bringing consistency and realism to training and other events.

Acting ability is key - but we look for much more. We select our actors on the strength of their understanding of business and training as well as their ability to bring characters to life. It is also important that our team reflects our ethos of flexible and approachable service.

Amongst our actors are those who have worked as Managing Directors, Barristers, Systems Analysts, Economists, Doctors, Academics, Senior and Middle Managers, Manual and Office Workers. We train them in facilitation skills, coaching and feedback skills and they have a deserved reputation for being friendly, straightforward and excellent at what they do.
