Role-play with our professional business actors turns theory into practice. It offers the opportunity for participants to be coached as they practice in a safe and controlled environment delivering tangible results. It can be used in any training that involves the interaction of two or more people giving participants the opportunity to build confidence as they master new skills, accelerating and deepening learning.

How it works:

• Our Business Actors are able to absorb a complex and detailed case study.
• They can also be briefed on the spot by delegates wishing to practice with specific characters, behaviours or situations.
• Participants do not role-play. They are themselves during the practice with the character played by the actor.
• They get to see, hear and feel the real effect of their interactions during the role-play.
• Participants have the unique opportunity to receive constructive feedback from the character they have been dealing with.
