We use actors to bring to life the issues and opportunities of diversity in the workplace. It's a great and straightforward way of looking at complex and sometimes sensitive areas. We explore attitudes and help participants understand other perspectives as well as the value of respecting and embracing differences. We cover aspects of legislation where appropriate, clarifying participants' choices around what is and isn't acceptable. We keep the atmosphere light and uplifting and participants consistently report having enjoyed and learnt from their experience.
