
Since 1993 providing actors for assessment and development centres has formed a central part of our business.
We have a diverse base of actors from which we are able to cast any level of role-play from factory worker up to chairman. We specifically look for actors with relevant business experience. Our team includes former directors of companies and a number of actors with experience in middle and senior management roles.
We are very proud of the quality of our role-player associates. Our actors are able to absorb detailed or complex briefs and are aware of the need for consistency, objectivity and knowledge of the criteria or competencies being assessed on the centre.
Over the years, we have been involved in the trialling and piloting of many assessment/development centre exercises. React also offers design consultation and writing or developing scenarios.
